Our Story

After two decades of Canadian winters, we discovered the warmth and charm of Calp on Spain’s Costa Blanca. That experience inspired us to create 365 Sunny Days—a Canadian initiative dedicated to helping fellow snowbirds, retirees, and sunshine-seekers embrace the Mediterranean way of life. From curated stays and local partnerships to personalized guidance, we’re here to make your transition seamless and enriching. Let us help you turn your dream of sunny living into reality.

Valencia – Las Fallas

Plan your next winter with us.

Valencia, Spain’s third-largest city, offers a vibrant mix of tradition, innovation, and coastal beauty — but in March, it becomes something else entirely. During Las Fallas, the city transforms into a spectacular celebration of art, fire, and heritage. Locals parade in ornate traditional dresses, floral offerings fill the streets, and towering paper-mâché monuments (fallas) are set ablaze in a symbolic act of renewal. It’s an unforgettable cultural experience — perfect for Canadian snowbirds who want to witness one of Europe’s most unique festivals, enjoy Mediterranean weather, and explore the city’s modern architecture, historic markets, and golden beaches.

Calp, Alicante

The iconic Peñón de Ifach (Ifach Rock) in Calp gets its name from the Phoenician word “Ifach”.

Centuries ago, the tranquil town of Calp faced a harrowing ordeal. In 1637, Barbary pirates raided the town, capturing nearly the entire population—over 290 villagers
